Bethesda Residence Receives 2024 Builder’s Choice Design Award

Bethesda Residence has received a Merit Award in the Renovations & Additions category of the 2024 Builder’s Choice Design Awards.

The renovation of the 1990s builder-grade home retains much of its original layout while improving both the overall design language and connections between living spaces. The design takes both an additive and subtractive approach. New custom cabinetry and trim profiles help define the interiors and wider connections between rooms and the removal of oversized mouldings creating greater openness throughout the home.
